Downtown Colorado, Inc., in partnership with the Colorado Main Street Program, will offer a free one-hour webinar on Fundraising for Main Street program communities and other non-profit organizations on Monday, March 20th at 12:00 noon.   The webinar will be presented by Kim Grant, who has 36-years’ experience in non-profit program development and organizational management, focusing on downtown revitalization, historic preservation, and parks, trails and open space projects.

The webinar will geared to both organizations in the beginning stages of fundraising as well as more experienced participants, and will emphasize the importance of taking a comprehensive, strategic approach in order to institutionalize efforts in an ongoing way.  By doing so, organizations can take some of the stress out of fundraising while engaging multiple constituencies in the work of Main Street and downtown revitalization programs.  For information, please contact Jamie Shapiro at Downtown Colorado, Inc. at 303-282-0625 or Johanna Jamison at the Colorado Main Street Program at 303-864-7727.
